Refund Policy

Returns and Exchanges – Bhasker Micheals Design Studio

Returns and exchanges of any Bhasker Micheals Design Studio product are only possible under the following conditions and will be issued in the form of a credit note.

1. Defective & Damaged Goods
Each product is thoroughly inspected before it leaves our studio. However, if you find that your merchandise is damaged or defective, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Please note: Items cannot be returned on the grounds of design, color, or handcraft, as these elements were selected by you.

2. Terms of Return and Exchange
We do not accept returns on specially ordered and customized items under any circumstances, as these items have been made to order based on your specifications and post-approval.

All items eligible for return or exchange must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged. Clients of Bhasker Micheals Design Studio will not incur shipping or insurance charges for merchandise that is requested for return or exchange.

Please note:

  • The merchandise is your responsibility until it reaches us.

  • We recommend using a delivery service that offers insurance and guarantees safe delivery.

  • The cost of returning the merchandise is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Returned goods must include all original labels, tags, receipts, and packaging as initially sent to you.

In case any packaging or documentation is missing, Bhasker Micheals Design Studio reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange.

3. Credit Note Policy
All returns will be processed on a credit basis. The credit note will be sent to your billing address or via email and will exclude shipping and handling charges.
Exchanges can only be made in the form of a repurchase using the credit note.

4. Order Modifications
If you wish to modify your order, please inform us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once the order has been processed, we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be modified.
