DELIVERY
Orders will be shipped to the address provided by you at the time of purchase on our website. Please ensure that the shipping address is correct before confirming your order to avoid any delivery issues. We prefer delivering to residential or office addresses for secure and timely delivery.
Please note: Delivery dates are not guaranteed in case of service interruptions or delays caused by factors beyond our control. These may include, but are not limited to, transportation issues, customs clearance delays, shipping carrier disruptions, or delays from the cardholder’s credit card bank.
MULTIPLE DELIVERY SERVICE PROVIDERS
Since no single delivery service provider has complete coverage across all regions, we partner with multiple logistics providers to ensure optimal shipping timelines.
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email within 24 hours containing the shipping provider’s details and tracking information.
TIME FRAME

Domestic Shipping (within India): Standard delivery time is 3–4 days, unless specified otherwise for a particular product.

International Shipping (outside India): Standard delivery time is 2–4 weeks, unless specified otherwise for a particular product.
You will receive tracking details within 24 hours of dispatch. Deliveries will be made between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, unless otherwise arranged.
SHIPPING CHARGES

Express shipping within India is available and will be chargeable.

International shipping charges will be calculated based on the weight of the product, and the shipping bill will be shared with the customer accordingly.
